For our New Zealand customers, shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 NZD. You can expect your delivery with 1 - 4 working days.
For our Australian customers, shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 NZD. You can expect your delivery within 3 - 10 working days.

If in the unlikely situation you find a fault with your Essence of Humanity product, we’ll happily provide you with a full refund for the cost of the product. Please note that we cannot refund postage and shipping costs.

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will not offer a refund or exchange service if you change your mind or dislike the texture or the fragrance of your product after purchase.
